Cancellation Policy
Students are required to cancel at least four weeks in advance to receive full (100%) refund. Cancellations of two to three weeks will receive a partial refund (50%) and less than two weeks will not be refunded. If you’re unable to attend the class, you have other options other than canceling such as transferring to a future class or receiving a gift certificate with the credited amount to be used towards a different class or any item in our store. Contact us to discuss your options.
If the facility or instructor cancels a class for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
Please note: Leave any and all weapons (i.e. firearms, pepper spray, knives, tasers, etc) and ammunition in your vehicle until given instruction by the RSO and instructor. If a weapon(s) is brought into the classroom without prior written consent, you’ll be asked to place it back in your vehicle. If you refuse to follow instructions, law enforcement will be notified and you’ll be removed from the class. No refunds will be issued!
Returns & Exchanges
We do NOT accept returns and exchanges on the following items:
- SIRT products (you must contact the manufacturer)
- Byrna products (you must contact the manufacturer)
- StopBox USA products (you must contact the manufacturer)
- TASER products (you must contact the manufacturer)
- Ammunition
- Drinkware
- Gift certificates
- Electronic ear protection
For any other item that we sell, you must provide a receipt to show proof of sale within 24 hours of product delivery to receive a refund or exchange. The item(s) must be shipped back to us and must not be damaged, worn or altered in any way in order to receive a full refund to the original payment method. Purchaser will be responsible for return shipping; we don’t provide return shipping. Be sure to also review the Limitations section.
