This is my honest review of the Runner T-shirt by Varda Concealed Carry. Varda Concealed Carry started in the spring of 2020 with the goal of designing clothing that was in-between non-specialty and specialty made apparel that can be worn both comfortably and in style for a variety of activities such as to work, to the store, to the golf course or tennis court, or to relax in your home. The company was also a vendor at the 2022 Shot Show in Las Vegas, NV.
If you’re like me, I have to wear an under shirt when I conceal carry because it’s not comfortable for me to have my holster rubbing against my skin. After researching the company and its products, I must say that I’m overall impressed!
Produced from 90% polyester and 10% spandex, the shirts are comfortable to wear as they have a shorter inner layer of matching material to protect your skin and have some style to them. Don’t let the type of material fool you, though, as the shirts are completely produced here in the USA so you get what you pay for which is high quality!
It’s important to note that full-size handguns are not ideal with the clothing as they are noticeable when attempting to conceal carry so compact and sub-compact are ideal.
