Basic Handgun / New Shooter Course

This lesson will introduce you to the basics, including a visual overview of the fundamentals for accurate and safe shooting. You’ll learn the basic anatomy of a handgun, proper stance, loading a magazine, sight alignment, and trigger pull where you’ll finish with a live fire session that ranges from 3 feet to 7 yards (the typical distance for a self-defense encounter). The goal of this lesson is to de-mystify what can sometimes feel like a topic reserved for experts. Contact us to schedule a time slot. This course takes 2 hours to complete.

Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals is a comprehensive course for anyone considering owning or carrying a firearm for self-defense. The course is a complete guide to understanding conflict avoidance and situational awareness; home security and home defense; handgun, shotgun and AR-15 basics; shooting fundamentals; the physiology of violent encounters; the legal aspects of using deadly force (including knowing what to do in the aftermath); and a complete guide on gear, gadgets, and ongoing training.

How to Survive an Active Shooter

We’ll be covering various topics such as using the Run, Hide, Fight Method which has been used to save countless lives, triage and treating the wounded, understanding your attacker and knowing the signs so you can identify potential shooters before they strike.

Women’s Basic Pistol

Whether you’re planning an event or would like one-on-one instruction, in this class, you’ll learn the basics of handling a handgun through the use of a SIRT pistol (there is no live fire during this class). This is part 3 of the Women’s Handgun and Self-Defense course. In order to sign up for this class, you must have a valid CPL / CCW. Along with the drills that we’ve covered in the previous two classes, we’ll introduce you to tactical and speed reloading, drawing from a holster / concealment, shooting from cover and various positions, and much more.

Emergency First Aid

Whether you’re a new student, just in need of a refresher or acquiring your first aid certification for your job, this course is perfect for you! In this class, we explain the proper way to assess a patient, as well as, the proper way to deal with significant issues such as serious bleeding, chest injuries, a compromised airway, spinal injuries, broken bones and more.

Constitutional Carry Intro

This course will cover exactly what “constitutional carry” and permitless carry is – contrary to what the politicians and media would like for you to believe – in case you were to decide to relocate to a state with the law or if it passes in the state where you currently reside. We also cover the legal use of force so that you can make the best decision possible if you were to find yourself in a defensive situation.
